Anon plz, I must say I pretty infuriated at the union leaflet today seeking to stop us havin a say on facebook and the likes actin like our bosses trying to shut us up! Are they workin 2gether with our bosses to shut us up? We have change more stuff by speak out not bein shut up in the last few yrs than in the last 20 yrs frm this site alon! The prob for me tho is the union has its rule on sharing information on facebook and the likes passed at the last conf meeting last yr. My rep showed me that the boss of the union is braking the union rules by posting on a facebooks group for non-members whic is againt rule 122 & 123 frm conf last yr Surly if they gonna tell us we get in trouble for brakin our bosses rules that them in top union jobs brakin there own rules should be treated serios as well? This worse in my opinon I angry as I payed into the union for 28 years and yet I not see any of this info that is bein share with non-members befor me seeing it! I think I stop payin a union that is not tryin to make me safer at work, talks rubbish an now give non-members info befor me...they should be sacked!! m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1522494757867283&id=393135754136528

Whilst I agree that some of the shit posted on there shouldn’t be posted it is a useful tool in getting real stories from real officers.
