This isn’t the first time I’ve heard about this, we discussed this in July last year so not sure if this is another separate incident.

It looks to be the same story revamped for the story line.
One of the draw backs of spice and mamba is there's very little to no taste or smell so it's easy to spike people with it.
The area I'm in had a major problem with it with homeless people. I used to see the effects from it on a daily basis and it's pretty shocking to see for the first time.
I spoke to one lad who'd asked e for a smoke why he took it. It turned out he got his addiction inside. He was spiked and that's all it took. With spice being a lot cheaper than most other drugs it was easier for him to get and curb the cravings but at a huge cost.
There's now more being done in the area to help these unfortunate people get off it but until it's tackled elsewhere it's a losing battle.
In a lot of ways it reminds me of the heroin epidemic of the 1980's where the slogan 'just say no' was also used.
