Could easily be any prison in the UK at the minute, the system is in shit state and SSCL are doing their utmost to keep it that way.

They are indeed all pretty shocking. Thing is there are sites in mind and New jails planned but it’s hard when obstacles are in the way such as public opinion.
I’m calmer today folks cuz I’m knackered and I’ll try to be less angry, annoying, flirty and sweary but I’m not promising how long that’ll last! I don’t like to behave as you know! I’m still grumpy: as always.
What do the public want? What can we REALISTICALLY do about this? How can we solve the problem? In short: we can’t. Yet.
The pop has BOOMED: why? Society as a whole seriously needs to be re-evaluated. Our morals, conduct the lot. Yeah so what; I did get a bit drunk last night (I didn’t drive, I was by myself, I’m feeling a bit isolated being away, I didn’t hurt no one - might have offended a few but I’ll face the consequences when they emerge) but I didn’t commit crime or be stupid enough to. My offence was being nasty to my ex: probably made her feel like shit but she’s made me feel like shit (yes I confess - I’m a lesbian) - nothing like that dude what’s just been done for excess breath. What does it matter what job he does? Regardless he drove like millions of twats do whilst under the influence; yet it’s negative press just because the public apparently want to ways portray us in a negative way (TV shows demonstrate that). It’s beginning to upset me! I’m not a bully: I can be an arse hole yeah - can’t we all? I’m glad he may keep his job; he’s made a mistake, owned up and will face the consequences for his mistake. If he’d WALKED no one would give a damn!
If we are a respected public service why don’t THEY respect what we do? What is causing this negativity? Why are we the forgotten service? How can this attitude be changed? How can WE help CHANGE it? When will the public be READY to accept softly softly ISNT working?
We cannot please everyone.
