Its the establishment I am going for, I would use the term boys lightly some of these 15 year olds are 6ft plus.

It’s ok, as you know my establishment is too a mess at the minute. I’m sure in the year 2220 it will be sorted ready for us to start though 😂. You’re only an hour away from my establishment! Come and join me instead! It’s where the cool kids are!

My establishment are still recruiting though! They extended it by another month! Obviously didn’t get enough applicants 🤦🏽♀️

Most likely they are just building up a back catalog of candidates to replace the dropouts, failures and natural wastage. Its unethical in my eyes to advertise a job without there actually being a job.
